PLACE helped us to restructure the planning and execution of our projects. Through the digital application of the Last Planner system, we were able to define all dependencies and interfaces between the trades. This allowed us to plan more efficiently and avoid additional costs.
This is what our customers say about us:
In the infrastructure projects of DB Station&Service AG, the construction and thus all trades are always heavily dependent on specified, very tightly scheduled closure periods. The application of lean management in the "Platform extension HD-Kirchheim/Rohrbach station" project enabled a cross-trade view of the project at an early stage, so that dependencies could be identified at an early stage and coordinated and systematically worked through in regular lean meetings. A method that we would gladly support again at any time.
Project Manager, DB Station&Service AG
"The digital lean system brings more transparency to the construction process in real time than even the most perfect schedule. The dependencies of the trades are shown at a glance. The active integration of the executing trades improves internal communication among the companies and with the construction management. The software used by PLACE Strategy visualizes the processes in a very comprehensible way, especially for craftsmen, and is easy to handle for the site management or project management.
The support and cooperation during the operational project processing with PLACE Strategy has been excellent so far."

Thanks to PLACE's consulting services, we were able to reduce the planned construction time together with the client. Thanks to digital process planning, the entire project team knows its tasks at all times. I and my team were particularly impressed by the transparency and the joint agreements.
Project management, REIF Bauunternehmung
Working with LCM forces us to concretely describe individual work steps. The interplay between the specifications of the construction management and the factual response of the companies shows us better the sequence of the work steps and accelerates the interlocking of the often differently working trades. With YoLean, Place has created a tool that makes these processes visible to us. It chops up complex processes into individual "blocks" on the screen and we work through these in cycle planning. When the sequence of takts changes, the "blocks" are quickly shifted back and forth and then rearranged. The companies take an active part in the cycle planning.
Place Strategy accomplishes this professionally with patience and persistence towards planners, construction managers and especially also the specialist construction managers of the companies. Keep it up!
