PLACE has helped us to restructure the planning and execution of our projects. Through the digital application of the Last Planner System we were able to define all dependencies and interfaces between the trades. This enabled us to plan more efficiently and avoid additional costs.
This is what our customers say about us:
In the infrastructure projects of DB Station&Service AG, the construction and thus all the trades are always heavily dependent on predetermined, very tightly scheduled track possessions. The application of lean management in the project "Platform extension at HD-Kirchheim/Rohrbach station" enabled an interdisciplinary view of the project at an early stage, so that dependencies could be identified at an early stage and coordinated and systematically processed in regular lean meetings. A method that we would like to support again at any time.
Project Manager, DB Station&Service AG
"The digital lean system brings more transparency to the construction process in real time than any perfect schedule. The dependencies of the trades are shown at a glance. The active involvement of the executing trades improves internal communication among the companies and with the construction management. The software used by PLACE Strategy visualizes the processes in a very comprehensible way, especially for craftsmen, and is easy to handle for site management or project management.
The support and cooperation during the operational project management with PLACE Strategy has been excellent so far".

By consulting PLACE we were able to reduce the planned construction time together with the AG. Thanks to digital process planning, the entire project team knows its tasks at all times. I and my team were particularly impressed by the transparency and the joint arrangements.
Project management, REIF construction company
Working with LCM forces us to specify individual work steps. The interplay between the specifications of the site management and the objective response of the companies shows us how to improve the sequence of the work steps and accelerate the interlocking of the often different trades. With YoLean, Place has created a tool that makes these processes clearly visible to us. It breaks down complex processes into individual "blocks" on the screen and you work them off in cycle planning. If the cycle sequence is changed, the "blocks" are quickly moved back and forth and then rearranged. The companies actively participate in the cycle planning.
Place Strategy carries this out professionally with patience and persistence towards planners, site managers and especially also the companies' specialist site managers. Way to go!
