Kick-Off Talk
The kick-off meeting is the first important step in the introduction of a Last Planner system. Here, the responsibilities of the project participants are clarified and the key points and focal points of the Last Planner system are defined. This meeting also serves to discuss the expectations and goals of the project and to develop a common vision for the project.
Basic training
In the first step, all project participants are trained in the use of our Last Planner System (link Last Planner System). This is the key to familiarize all parties with Lean Construction as a new project management method and to increase acceptance within the team. In an interactive training, all project participants experience the difference between classic project management and the Last Planner System.
Overall process analysis
The overall process analysis is an important step in the implementation of a Last Planner system. Here, the current process is examined and potential for improvement is uncovered. The milestone plan and the phase plan provide an overview of the planned steps and milestones of the project and help to track the progress of the project. The 6 Week Preview gives an overview of the planned activities in the next 6 weeks and helps to plan and track the resources and progress of the project.

The weekly PEP meeting (PEP stands for "Planning, Execution, Progress") is an important part of the Last Planner system. In this meeting, the planned activities for the next week are discussed and the progress of the project is reviewed. Any problems and potential improvements are discussed and solutions are developed.
