As a neutral moderator, we accompany your project in weekly lean meetings and enable agile and efficient adjustments of the construction processes. At the beginning of a meeting, the past week is evaluated with all participants. The focus here is on the promises made by the individual trades that have been kept. From the activities and disruptions of the past week, the trades in the lean meeting draw conclusions for optimizing the planning of the coming weeks. As a result of the collaborative approach, deviations are detected immediately, firefighting actions are minimized and costs are saved. Our intelligent key figures support the evaluation and provide analytical and visual added value. In the course of the project, the duration of these meetings is usually shortened enormously, because the focus is exclusively on process planning.
