Become a certified Lean Expert according to "VDI-2553" now!
Together with the consulting company Lumics GmbH & Co. KG, PLACE Strategy has developed a unique training concept in which you can participate flexibly online and offline. The training dates take place both digitally and on-site in Stuttgart in a two-day day event. Despite the digital part, personal exchange and networking are not neglected!
After successful completion of the training series, each participant receives the official VDI certificate.

Module 2 (2 days digital)

- Digital approaches and interface BIM

- Interactive, digital simulation for clock planning and clock control
Module 3 (2 days on site)
- Joint training conclusion
- Networking and exchange
- Simulation for overall process analysis and the LPS
- Final written exam
